This beautiful frameset is loaded, too, it's decked out with the best of the best, such as Mavic's world-renowned Ksyrium wheels, Ritchey and Felt's uber-light carbon components and a full Shimano Dura-Ace 20-speed drivetrain for flawless shifting and braking. Plus, the ZW2 boasts a compact crankset for even easier climbing and a comfy women's-specific seat for a custom fit and feel.
The lightweight, super-efficient Ultra High Modulus carbon fiber frame of the ZW2 has been ridden to numerous pro victories by Felt-sponsored female road racers and triathlons. This isn’t just a repurposed men’s bike—the ZW2, built with Felt’s FitWoman geometry, is custom designed to meet the specific needs of women athletes.
Felt's Modular Monocoque Construction method begins by molding the front triangle, seatstays and chainstays as individual pieces, allowing each component to be manufactured specifically for its individual requirements. The pieces are then fused together with completely integrated joints that offer superior strength, durability and a refined look. Also, different shapes, tube thicknesses and diameters are used throughout to maximize stiffness where needed, minimize overall weight and damp vibrations for an awesome ride.
