Felt ZW4. Take your road riding to a whole new level with Felt's ZW4. This carbon dream-machine features Felt's high-modulus carbon frame and fork for responsive climbing and accelerating along with crisp handling and super-smooth cruising on any road. Giving this rocket speed are race-ready Fulcrum wheels that roll lightning-fast, too, while the Shimano Ultegra 20-speed components shift and brake with precision. Plus, the adjustable-reach brake levers, compact crankset, carbon handlebars and Felt Fit Woman seat mean this fine ride fits and feels tailor-made for you!
Pure performance and attention to detail set the ZW4 apart from other brands’ attempts at women-specific bikes. Felt designed the ZW4 with smaller-diameter High Modulus carbon fiber tubes for both stiffness and increased road compliance. It also has a shorter cockpit to accommodate female proportions and parts selected specifically for women.
Felt's Modular Monocoque Construction method begins by molding the front triangle, seatstays and chainstays as individual pieces, allowing each component to be manufactured specifically for its individual requirements. The pieces are then fused together with completely integrated joints that offer superior strength, durability and a refined look. Also, different shapes, tube thicknesses and diameters are used throughout to maximize stiffness where needed, minimize overall weight and damp vibrations for an awesome ride.
